The walnuts received from Diamond's 1,700 local growers, at its various production facilities, have been carefully monitored by in-house technicians throughout their entire maturation and harvesting periods. Diamond is the most recognisable brand in Italy because they print their logo on every inshell walnut. Diamond's headquarters in Stockton, California have the largest and most modern processing plant in the world with cutting-edge technology and strict quality standards. Every year, Diamond meticulously processes about half of all the walnuts grown in California and distributes them worldwide.
