Health and Hygiene Management System
Since 1996 Noberasco has recognised the growing consumer demand for products processed under the highest possible level of health protection. Therefore, in that same year, and prior to enactment of the relative law, Noberasco implemented a Health and Hygiene Management System using HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) methodology. The application of this plan has allowed Noberasco to determine all production points that are critical for product safety and to establish procedures for the immediate localisation and removal of risk elements.
Since 2006 Noberasco - the leading Italian company in dried fruit production - giving priority to health and hygiene issues and to a more and more demanding market, has adopted the BRC and IFS food safety standards achieving the maximum recognition of "higher level".
This higher quality level distinguishes Noberasco from other companies in its market and places it on the cutting-edge of the food industry.
Organic Certification
Since 1999 Noberasco has been in compliance with a monitoring system for the processing and marketing of organic dried fruit. Noberasco has chosen BIOAGRICERT srl, a prestigious and internationally recognised certifying body, to check and attest that all of its activities comply with the EEC 2092/91 regulation and any subsequent regulations. Therefore, Noberasco is able to offer a wide range of certified organic products free of any residues from pesticides, fertilisers and synthetic chemical substances.
Noberasco uses raw materials from all over the world and only chooses organic produce suppliers that have achieved international recognition.
